Return Process
Returning an item to PhinakiStore is simple. Here’s how you can start the process:

Return Authorization (RA): Our team will review your return request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). You must include this RA Number with your returned item.

Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Include all tags, labels, and accessories, and ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship Back the Item: Once you have your RA Number, return the item to the following address:

Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
