We currently ship to customers within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future, but for now, U.S. residents can enjoy fast and reliable shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $199. We want to thank you for shopping with us by offering this benefit.

  • Shipping Fee: For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee of $8 will apply. We aim to keep shipping affordable for you without compromising on delivery speed or quality.

Order Processing Time

Our order processing time is 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Order processing refers to the time it takes us to prepare and package your order for shipment, and does not include delivery time.

Shipping Time Frame

After processing, orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected. Shipping time frames are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We choose the most efficient carrier based on your shipping address and the size of your order.

Tracking Information

General Sales Tax

  • 6.5% Sales Tax for All U.S. Orders: We apply a 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within the United States, in accordance with state and federal regulations.

  • Tax Adjustments: In the rare event that there is any additional tax applied due to your specific location, PhinakiStore will cover the extra costs. You won’t need to pay any additional tax beyond the standard 6.5% rate we charge for all orders. This ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing we will handle any variations in tax rates for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that some shipping carriers may have limitations on deliveries to P.O. Box addresses, which could result in longer shipping times. If you’re using a P.O. Box, please ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct to avoid any issues during delivery.

Damaged or Lost Goods

We take the utmost care in packaging your items, but if you receive an order that is damaged or lost during transit, we are here to help:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: If your item is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@phinakistore.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged goods.

  2. Resolution: We will work quickly to resolve the situation by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on your preference and availability of the product.

For lost packages, we will assist you in tracking the item and filing a claim if necessary.

Order Changes

Once your order is placed, we aim to process it quickly. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., address change, order modification), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@phinakistore.com.

  • If the order has not been processed yet, we can make changes.

  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any further changes to it.
